2. Mr. P.K. Ghose, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has submitted that for serious defects in the writ petition, he has instructions to withdraw this petition.

3. Mrs. S. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate did not project any objection to such prayer.

4. This petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, the Petitioner will have the liberty to file a fresh petition even on including the fresh cause.
