1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. This is an application filed by the legal heirs of the deceased Claimant-Respondent No. 1.
3. It is submitted that this Court while disposing the appeal has directed the Registry to calculate the entitlement of the said Claimants-Respondent and to release the amount in his favour.
4. It is submitted that after passing of such order, the said Respondent No. 1 has died on 22.05.2022. The death certificate has also been enclosed to the interim application filed by the legal heirs of the said deceased Respondent.
5. Considering the prayer made in I.A., this Court while modifying the direction contained in Para 15 of the order directs the Registry
// 2 // to release the entitlement in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No. 1 namemly Manju Nayak & Jagadish Nayak on proper identification. The amount be released in favour of the legal heirs within a period of three (3) weeks from today.
