This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the order dated 01.03.2021 passed in the last bail application of the petitioner i.e. BLAPL No.9594 of 2020, even though charge has been framed but not a single witness has been examined. In view of such submission, let a status report be called for from the learned trial Court i.e. learned Additional Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Aska, Ganjam in G.R. Case No.01 of 2019 (N) and for such purpose, the file be placed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who shall send a copy of the order to the Court concerned immediately through e-mail and the status report shall be

List this matter on 09.09.2022.

Learned counsel for the State shall produce the case diary and obtain instruction regarding criminal antecedents, if any, against the petitioner in the meantime.
