This is an application for modification of order dated 29.09.2022.

It is submitted that the condition imposed in order dated 29.09.2022 to furnish cash security of Rs.2 lakhs is unable to be complied by the petitioner in view of his serious financial stringency. As a result, despite being granted bail since more than a month, he is unable to be released.

Considering the submissions as above, the payer for modification is allowed. It is directed that instead of furnishing cash security of Rs.2 lakhs, the petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only and property security of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) only.
