Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, his client is president of Zilla Sambadik Mahasangha of Jagatsinghpur. The Ex-Secretary, opposite party no.3, is causing interference with administration of the Mahasangha. In the circumstances, his client made representation dated 31st May, 2022 to opposite party no.2. He submits, there be direction upon said opposite party to consider and deal with the representation for betterment of the Mahasangha.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the representation will be duly considered.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with the representation. For the purpose said opposite party may notice both petitioner and opposite party no.3. Result of the consideration should be made known to petitioner within four weeks of communication. 4.
