This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mancheswar P.S. Case No.161 of 2022, corresponding to C.T. Case No.3067 of 2022, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 498-A/294/323/506/34 of I.P.C.

Considering the submissions made and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to Petitioner No.1. Accordingly, Petitioner no.1 is directed to surrender before the learned court in seisin of over the matter, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper with further condition that he shall cooperate the police as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Further, Petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 4 are directed to surrender before the Arresting Officer within a period of four weeks from today, in such event, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be fixed by the Arresting Officer. 6.
ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
