This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Opposite Parties more particularly Opposite Party No.2-Returning Officer for Cuttack Circle Executive Committee Election, All India Punjab National Bank Officers' Association, Cuttack Unit to extend the last date of filing of nomination for the election to Cuttack Circle Executive Committee of All India Punjab National Bank Officers' Association for the year 2022-25.

Mr. Mahanta, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the notification for election has been published without following the provisions of All India Punjab National Bank Officers' Association Constitution.

Since the Petitioners have remedy to raise such issue before the Tribunal, this Court does not express any opinion on the same. 5.

He, however, submits that in the meantime, the Petitioners have already filed their nomination as per the schedule of the election.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
