Heard Mr.P.K.Rath, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel.

On instruction Mr.Mohanty submits that the vehicle bearing Registration No. OD-13-J-8679 a Tractor has not been seized by the police in connection with any case registered under Puri Sadar Police Station and that the same has been seized by the finance company under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

In such background, Mr.Rath, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present application in order to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners.

Considering such submission, the CRLMP is disposed
