19. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. It is submitted that the Appellant has taken the brief from the Senior Counsel Budhadev Routray in the meantime. His name be deleted from the cause list.
3. Heard Mr. M.K. Dash, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. J.K. Khuntia, leraned counsel appearing for O.P. No. 4 and Mr. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
4. The Appellant has filed the present appeal vide Order dtd.29.07.2011 passed by GIA Case No.176 of 2009. It is submitted that the aforesaid GIA Case was filed with a prayer to direct the Opp. Parties to approve the service of the Appellant, who has joined in the Baghuapalli High School, Baghuapalli in the district of Nayagarh.

The impugned order shows that the Appellant while continuing as Head mistress of the said School, was joined as a Sikhya Sahayak in Baigunia Primary School on 23.12.2006 and prior to her joining as a Sikhya Sahayak resign from the School in question. Since it is not disputed by the Appellant, she joined as a Sikhya Sahayak in Baigunia Primary School on 23.012.2006 by submitting his resignation, found no illegality and irregularity in the impugned order passed by the learned Tribunal.
