This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 18th April, 2022 passed by the Recovery Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack as well as the auction notice dated 5th May, 2022 in R.P. No. 54 of 2003/CTC (arising out of O.A. No.84 of 2001) under Annexure-8 series.
