This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of offences alleged against the Petitioners and in view of the fact that Petitioners are in-laws of the Informant, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in Fategarh P.S. Case No.106 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.103 of 2022, pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Bhapur, they shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
