This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Cuttack to pass final order in the discharge petition in I.C.C. No.123 of 2010 within a stipulated period. 3.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call.

The case is of the year 2011.

As such, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 7.

Interim order dated 20th December, 2011 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.2240 of 2011 stands vacated.
