This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 7th September, 2011 passed by the learned Additional Adhoc Sessions Judge, Kamakshyanagar in C.T.(SS) No.65 of 2010 and direct the learned trial court to summon three witnesses, namely, Sandeep Deep, S.N. Mohanty and Bikram Bhutia and to recall P.Ws. 3 & 6 to prove the medical papers of SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack and Central Hospital, Talcher.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile trial having been concluded, the prayer made in this Criminal Misc. Case rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel appearing for the accused persons also substantiates the same.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed as being infructuous.
