This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioners by filing a scan copy of final form in G.R. Case No. 1549 of 2015 submits that since final report has already been submitted in the original criminal case as "mistake of fact", the present CRLMC has become infructous. 3.
In such view of the aforesaid submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of as infructuous.
