This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

1. Learned counsel for the contemnor/opposite party has produced a letter dated 20th July, 2022 issued by the Office of the Collector & District Magistrate, Keonjhar addressed to the Office of the Advocate General, Cuttack, whereby it is submitted that the Contempt Petition has become infructuous as the alleged contemnor has already implemented the order dated 28th January, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.29653 of 2019 by disposing of the Arbitration Case No.1/2019 arising out of L.A. Case No.13/07/2011 on 4th June, 2022. Copy of the said order dated 4th June, 2022 has also been enclosed. The letter along with the order is taken on record.

2. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
