1. The writ petition is restored in view of the order passed today in CMAPL No.270 of 2022.

The Petitioners' representation dated 7th March, 2022 (Annexure-3) shall be examined by Opposite Party No.2-Collector, Puri and after issuing notice to the Petitioners and giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st November, 2022 and the decision be made available to the Petitioners not later than a week thereafter,

3. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion in the matter.
