1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr.Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.Kanungo, learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners have prayed to release them under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with Aul P.S.Case No.93 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.Case No.158 of 2022 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Aul, Kendrapara for alleged commission of offences under Sections 147/341/323/325/307/447/506/ 148/149 of the IPC.

4. It is submitted by Mr.Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioners that the incident arose out of a trivial issue resulting group clash in the village for which F.I.R. and counter F.I.R.was lodged. In the present case, all the injured persons received simple injuries except one fracture injury to one Raghunath. It is further submitted that none of the Petitioners have any criminal antecedents.

5. Having heard Mr.Kanungo, learned counsel for the State and considering the nature of injuries and background facts, it is

directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper including the condition that, they shall cooperate with investigation by appearing before the I.O. as and when directed.

6. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
