Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is a serious allegation involving the Writ Petition that even though R.P. Case No.520 of 2021 was filed since 6.12.2021, it has not been admitted as of now. In the event a memo is filed for admission of the said R.P. Case within a week by the Petitioner, the competent authority shall do well in undertaking the admission exercise within a week thereafter.
