Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This contempt petition involves non-compliance of this Court's order dated 25.02.2022 passed in CONTC No.1367 OF 2022 arising out of WPC (OAC) No.2300 of 2015, disposed of on 21.06.2011. This is in 2nd round of contempt. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no pendency of further litigation involving the order involved herein, yet the contemnor(s) are sitting over the matter and thus there is deliberate non-compliance of order of this Court. Considering the submissions made, to afford one more chance to the contemnor(s), this Contempt Petition stands disposed of directing the contemnor(s) to comply with the order of this Court dated 25.02.2022 passed in CONTC No.1367 OF 2022 involving compliance of the order passed in WPC (OAC) No.2300 of 2015, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of fifteen days provided however the order involved herein is not stayed by the higher forum, with communication of the same to the Registry within one week further.
