Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioners to approach the Competent Authority for admission of the Revision Petition Case No. 139 of 2021 pending before Opposite Party No.2.

In the circumstance, the Writ Petition stands permitted to be withdrawn. In the event, any such application is filed, considering the Revision is pending for admission since 2021, Opposite Party No.2 shall do well in undertaking the admission of exercise at least within a period of one week from the date of application.
