1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Kanungo, learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner has prayed to release him under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with Gurandi P.S.Case No.228 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.Case No.228 of 2022 pending in the court of the learned C.J.(J.D.)-Cum-S.D.J.M., Gajapati for alleged commission of offences under Sections 341/354/354-A/506 of the IPC.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the incident happened due to some misunderstanding between the parties due to failed earlier marriage proposal.

5. After hearing Mr.Kanungo, learned counsel for the State and considering the nature of allegations, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in the aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper including the condition that he

shall not be involved in any other offence while on bail and shall appear before the investigating officer as and when directed.

6. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
