1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr.Khan, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.Kanungo, learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners have prayed to release them under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with Athamallik P.S.Case No.117 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.Case No.482 of 2022 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Athamallik for alleged commission of offences under Sections 147/148/323/ 307/294/506/354-B/149 of the IPC.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that the dispute arose during demarcation of the land and all the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature.

5. After hearing Mr.Kanungo, learned counsel for the State and considering the nature of injuries as well as the nature of allegations, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper. The Petitioners are further directed to cooperate with

the investigation by appearing before the I.O. as and when directed.

6. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
