1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr.Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Kanungo, learned counsel for the State.
3. Upon hearing both parties and considering the fact that F.I.R. was lodged four years back i.e., on 28th June, 2018, I am not inclined to exercise the discretion under Section438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the Petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the Petitioner is rejected.
5. However, as prayed for by the Petitioner, in the event he surrenders within four weeks from today in the concerned court and seeks for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law.
6. The ABLAPL is disposed of.
