This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner relates to selection of Anganwadi Worker of Prafulachandrapur Anganwadi Centre. 4.

It is submitted referring to Annexure-3 series that ventilating her grievance the petitioner has filed a representation before the Sub-Collector, Kaptipada, arrayed as O.P.No.3. 5.

Taking note of limited nature of grievance, this Court directs that Opposite Party No.3 shall consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order. 6.

To facilitate such disposal, the petitioner undertakes to submit a copy of the writ petition before the Sub-Collector, Kaptipada (O.P.No.3).

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
