3. The petitioner has filed the second show cause reply Vide Annexure-6 in the meantime the order passed by the Learned Tribunal on 12.01.2007 shall not be given effect. However the show cause notice filed under Annexure-6 shall be considered in accordance with law within same shall be dispose of within a period of six months from the date of submission the order.
