This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This revision has been filed with a prayer to set aside the order dated 23.04.2018 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack, Sadar in G.R.Case No.2416 of 2017 on the ground of settlement between the parties. The F.I.R. was lodged by one Sambeet Kumar Mohapatra alleging that he along with his friends has purchased some on line tickets for the cricket match at Barabati Stadium but they came to know that they have been cheated by the accused-petitioner, who had booked the same. Pursuant to the F.I.R., the case was registered at Cantonment Police Station as P.S.Case No.109 of 2017 under Sections 420,467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Charge sheet was submitted under sections 420,467, 468, of Indian Penal Code. 3.

The informant in this case had filed an affidavit mentioning that he does not want to proceed with the criminal proceeding

// 2 // initiated on his FI.R. lodged before the Cantonment P.S. registered as Cantonment P.S.Case No.109 of 2017. He admitted in his affidavit that he got back his ticket money from the ticket booking agency. 4.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2-informant submits that the informant has got back his money and does not want to proceed with the criminal proceeding.

Considering the submission and the fact that the informantOpposite Party No.2 got back his ticket money from the ticket booking agency and the informant is no more interested to proceed with the criminal proceeding.

Accordingly, it is directed that the order dated 23.04.2018 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack(S) in G.R.Case No.2416 of 2017 is set aside.

The CRLREV is accordingly disposed of.
