Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Perused the report of the Learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, I/C, Nabarangpur indicating that, the concerned trial in T.R. No. 19 of 2020, 10 witnesses have already been examined out of 21 charge-sheeted witnesses and the last date of posting was dtd. 11.07.2022.

Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for bail at this stage, the same accordingly stands disposed of.

The learned Court below is requested to conclude the trail expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months. 6.
It shall be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer, if the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated. 7.
The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
