Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, she was widowed due to Covid-19. He draws attention to application dated 28th April, 2022 made to opposite party no.4 for payment of ex-gratia compensation. He submits, the application remains pending. He seeks appropriate direction. 2.
Ms. Pattnaik, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the application will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to deal with the application. Within four weeks of communication, said opposite party will either
