This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The alleged inaction of the Sub-Collector-cumChairman, Selection Committee, Bhawanipatna (O.P.No.3) regarding approval of engagement of the petitioner as Jogan Sahayak in terms of the Resolution of Muskuti Gram Panchayat dated 18.12.2021 is the grievance of the petitioner. 4.

Taking note of the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, it is directed that the Sub-Collector-cum-Chairman, Selection Committee, Bhawanipatna (O.P.No.3) shall take a decision in the matter within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of the order of this Court after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned. To facilitate such decision making process, learned counsel for the petitioner

undertake to submit a copy of the writ petition along with a certified copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
