This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Interim Application has been filed in Court today for impleation of Independent External Monitor, IP Secretariat Indian Oil Corporation Limited as party to the writ petition, which is taken on record. The same be registered as such.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties to accept certain documents, which the Petitioner could not file inadvertently at the time of submission of the tender documents. 4.
In course of argument, Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the IOCL submits that in the meantime, the letter of acceptance (LoA) has been issued to the successful bidder(s) and files documents in support of the same along a memo in Court today, which is taken on record. A set of such LoA is served on Mr. Pal, learned counsel for the Petitioner in Court today.

Mr. Pal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of
// 2 // acceptance of the letter, the Petitioner does not want to press this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.
In view of disposal of the writ petition, the Interim Applications are accordingly disposed of.
