1. The Petitioners' representations (Annexure-5) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Mahanga (Opposite Party No.5) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as the Opposite Party Nos.8 to 12 and giving them a hearing, the Tahasildar, Mahanga (Opposite Party No.5) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 3rd April, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
