The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 7th June, 2022 passed by the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Society, Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.3 refusing the prayer of the Petitioner to accept his nomination. 3.

Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, election in question is already over. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

It is made clear that dismissal of the writ petition shall not preclude the Petitioner to avail the statutory remedy for redressal of his grievances.
