1. Heard Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mrs. S. Pattanaik, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Party No.1.
2. Since the offence under the S.C. & S.T. (POA) Act has been alleged, the bail application is disposed of as not maintainable.
