1. The Petitioners have prayed to release them under Section 438, Cr.P.C. in connection with Bhadrak (R) P.S. Case No.286 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1432 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak for alleged commission of offences under Sections 341/323/386/427/294/506/34, I.P.C.
2. Heard Mr. R.K. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mrs. S. Pattanaik, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Party.
3. It is submitted at the Bar that in the meantime investigation being completed, charge-sheet has been submitted.
4. Upon hearing both the parties and considering the nature of allegations as well as the offences involved, I am not inclined to
exercise the discretion under Section 438, Cr.P.C. in favour of the Petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
5. The ABLAPL is dismissed.
