Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as this Court finds, decision involving the representation at Annexure-4 is required to be taken by the Chairman, O.P.4, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing O.P.4 to take a decision on the grievance of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-4 involving the work order at Annexure-1, also involving the Parties likely to be affected, if necessary entering into on sport enquiry involving the Parties by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. If there is no progress pursuant to Annexure-1, there should not be any progress involving the construction pursuant to Annexure-1 for a period of one and half months.
