Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.5 to look into the request of the Petitioner made in this writ petition and take a lawful decision in the matter by treating the writ petition as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 3.
With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
