1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that his appeal preferred under Section 9 of the OPP (EUO) Act, 1972 before the Collector, Sundargarh (Opposite Party No.2) has been pending since 2017.

4. Having regard to the innocuous prayer made by the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of Misc. Appeal No.1/2017

// 2 // pending before him within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order. Till such time, status quo be maintained over the land in question.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
