Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Perused the Records as well as the counter affidavit. 3.

It appears, the matter has come up to this Court with an interim arrangement during pendency of the enquiry. After the remand order of the R.D.C., enquiry must have been completed and there might be some further orders pursuant to completion of enquiry. The Original application was filed in 2005 and we are in 2022. This Court finds, the cause of action suffers for efflux of time. The Petitioner, if has any grievance, may approach under appropriate remedy.
