Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a compromise between the parties, therefore, the petitioners are not inclined to pursue the matter and prays that necessary order may be passed in that regard.

In that view of the matter, the CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 19th February, 2016 passed in Misc. Case No.3581 of 2015 stands vacated.
