Heard Mr. S. Shekhar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner; Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties and Ms. B. Sahu, learned Central Government Counsel.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 to implement the decision relating to Normative Fees Structure contained in letter dated 29.12.2014 under Annexure-2 and subsequent letter of the DGET dated 16.05.2018 for the academic session 2016-17 onwards and also to give consequential benefit by enhancing 7% of such fees structure for every year within a stipulated time. 4.

Mr. S. Shekhar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner produces a memo in Court today enclosing the notification dated 13.09.2019, which was issued by the Government of Odisha in the Department of Skill Development and Technical Education, and common Order dated 30.04.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 9724 of

2018, W.P.(C) No. 20801 of 2016 and W.P.(C) No. 9370 of 2018, by which steps have been taken by the Government for implementation of Normative Fees Structure for the Private ITIs. Therefore, he does not want to press this Writ Petition. The memo so filed in Court today be kept on record.

In the above view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
