Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

"The petitioner therefore prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition, call for records, after hearing the parties issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/mandamus or any other writ/directions directing the Election Officer of Lephripada LAMP to take decision on the petitioner's application regarding validity of Nomination of Opp. Party No.5 for two Electoral Colleges (Constituency No. 9 and 12) of Lephripada LAMPs as per Rule-4(A) of Orissa Co-operative Society Election to the Committee Rules, 1992 within a stipulated period and take action accordingly." 4.

In course of hearing it is brought to notice of this Court that ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has submitted his representation addressed to the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Sundargarh (opposite party no.3) on 01.06.2022, but

the same is yet to be considered.

Having regard to the fact that the election is scheduled to be held on 19th June, 2022, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Sundargarh to consider and dispose of representation said to be pending before him by 18th June, 2022.

The Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Sundargarh shall act upon a soft copy of this order as uploaded in the Court's website to be produced by the petitioner. (Sashikanta Mishra, J) Vacation Judge S. Behera
