Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously please to;

ISSUE RULE NISI calling upon the Opposite Party to show cause as to why an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/writs or order/orders or direction to consider the objection filed by the petitioner. If the Opp. Parties fails to show the cause or show insufficient cause, the aforesaid Rule Nisi be made absolute.

And/or order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in order to provide the petitioner complete Relief."

In course of hearing it is brought to notice of this Court that ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has submitted his representation addressed to the Election Officer, Sasan Cooperative Society (opposite party no.3) on 29.05.2022, but the

same is yet to be considered.

Having regard to the fact that the election is scheduled to be held on 19th June, 2022, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Election Officer, Sasan Co-operative Society to consider and dispose of representation said to be pending before him by 18th June, 2022.

The Election Officer, Sasan Co-operative Society shall act upon a soft copy of this order as uploaded in the Court's website to be produced by the petitioner.
