The petitioner is a licensee of an IMFL ON shop situated at Tata Benz Chhak, Kamapalli, Berhampur for the excise year 2022-23. The limited prayer is for substitution of the Bank guarantee furnished along with the application for the licensee with a solvency certificate in terms of the provisions of the Rule 51(2)(e) of the Odisha Excise Rules, 2017.

No.10423 of 2022 has been filed with a prayer to withdraw the Writ Petition with permission to file a fresh one with better particulars. Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties has no objection.
