The petitioner is an accused in connection with Marsaghai P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 593 of 2022 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kendra Para, for commission of the alleged offence under Sections 454/448/457/376(2)(n)/307/506 of the I.P.C. 4.

Being aggrieved by rejection of his application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kendrapara by order dated 8.06. 2022 in BLAPL No No.134 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

The BLAPL is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to move afresh after examination of the victim.
