Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous request involved herein and as this Court finds, a decision involving the issue is required to be taken in the joint sitting O.Ps.2 & 3, this Court directs O.Ps.2 & 3 to consider the grievance of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-4 series by completing the entire action but however keeping in view the work order under Annexure-1 within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
