Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted to the Court that the grounds which have been raised in the present petition be permitted to the taken before the court below at the time of framing of charge. 3.

Considering the above submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to take all the grounds at the time of framing of charge which shall be considered by the court below on its merit and pass appropriate order according to law.
