This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the Petitioners have a remedy for redressal of their grievance by filing a properly constituted election dispute, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, more particularly, after publication of the notification for ensuing election of the Co-operative Society.

The Petitioners, if so advised, may file a properly constituted election dispute for redressal of their grievance made out in this writ petition.
