Mr. Hota, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. R.K. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that since there is violation of the order passed by this Court, the petitioners have approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. 3.

Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that against the order passed by this Court, writ appeal bearing W.A. No. 810 of 2021 has been preferred by the State which is pending consideration.

In view of the above submission, the contempt petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioners to revive their claim by filing appropriate application after disposal of the writ appeal. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
