1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioners for noncompliance of the order dated 30.06.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.18404 of 2021 directing the Opposite Party/ Contemnor to consider the representation filed by the Petitioners and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/ certified copy of this order.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that though the Petitioners have produced the certified copy of the said order before the Opposite Party/ Contemnor

// 2 // on 02.07.2021, the representation of the Petitioners have not yet been disposed of.

5. Learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education submits that the Opposite Party/ Contemnor undertakes that the representation of the Petitioners shall be disposed of within a period of one month from today.

6. On the basis of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education, this CONTC is disposed of as dropped.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
