This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on 09.12.2019 and on the last date the matter was adjourned to 2nd September, 2022 as a last chance. The Petitioner by way of this application has prayed to quash the order passed on 07.07.2007 by learned S.D.J.M., Kuchinda in G.R. Case No. 484 of 2006 which is around fifteen years back.

In view of the aforesaid facts, especially when no one appeared to move the CRLMC today, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
